All of our ScenarPT products come with a limited 2 year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects in the device. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from dropping the device, or utilizing the device in a way not intended. Return Policy:
You may return your ScenarPT device within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a refund. The device must be returned UPS or Federal Express, undamaged, in the same box and with original packaging. The reason for return, and all purchase information should be included. A credit will be applied to the original type of purchase within 10 days of receipt.
